Otherwise it will go out the next day. Generally, we ship via UPS ground. You may request an alternate shipping method, such as Priority Mail, in the comments section. Orders requesting Express service (via Fedex) 2nd Day or Next Day; received before noon (EST) Monday thru Friday will be processed before the close of that business day. Orders received after noon (EST) will ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock in the color or size you have selected, we will contact you via email or phone to determine when the item you requested will be available or suggest other available alternatives. Returns We hope that your purchases from ISIS will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, and would like to return or exchange the garment you ordered, either use the return form provided or contact us via email, fax or telephone. If you are dissatisfied, and are not interested in an exchange, we will process a refund to your credit card. If you do not have our return form, but would like to return the product, please enclose a note with your name, address, daytime phone number, item being returned, and reason for return. Warranty ISIS guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product will stand up to the use for which it was designed. Products are fully warrantied to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use or time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation. Product must be returned postage paid and be cleaned before return.
