Coat had defective snaps. Two snaps not put on correctly, one pulled out of fabric altogether and the other barely hanging on. I like the coat otherwise and still want one, however, customer service refuses to send replacement until they receive first coat in exchange. Was told FedEx would pick it up. Still sitting on my doorstep 4 days later. Very dissappointed. Not at all what I expected from Isis.
