Bust Place tape measure loosely under arms (over your shoulder blades)
around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist Measure around your natural waist (slimmest part) keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of your leg.
Inseam Measure from your crotch to your ankle bone.
