Our Guarantee
ISIS guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product will stand up to the use for which it was designed. Products are fully warrantied to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use or time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation. Product must be returned postage paid and be cleaned before return. Products found defective will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
